Letter to the Editor to quit smoking with the New Year

A wonderful initiative by John Polito ( www.whyquit.com ), I would like to share with you. He sends this letter to editors of newspapers on the occasion of the New Year. Someone public. If we did we?

Dear Editor,

the price of cigarettes continues to increase, you are smoking outside in the rain and frost, yet half of adult smokers continue to do so until they died. This test tells us what the National Institute of Health, that is to say that nicotine addiction is a disorder of the will, disability and mental illness.
This is a problem as real and tough as alcoholism: the paths leading to the brain dopamine are so disturbed that leave addicted to nicotine fully convinced that their next dose is as important as the food. But it is a lie. Without food, perishable goods; without nicotine gradually we wake up and flourish.

If you want to smoke, try to remember what they were calm and quiet all the days, weeks and months have passed without wanting to smoke. Not being able to do that is characteristic of addiction. Why should you be afraid to go back? Why should you be afraid of remaining days and weeks without wanting to smoke nicotine?

In 2011 stop smoking alone and suddenly more smokers to what will happen with all other methods combined. And about half will tell you to stop so it was much easier than it had made them believe the advertising of products offered for sale to quit smoking.

Knowledge is power. Let the New Year 2011 is the day that your desire to heal from this subjection is smarter than powerful the addiction itself. Peaked within 72 hours of abstinence and you have a body free from nicotine. But it only takes one shot to have to start all over again. A shot is too much and a thousand never enough ... yet they are all equal.

There is only one rule: No nicotine one hour, challenge and one day at a time. Yes you can!

For those readers unfamiliar with the English language, the photo is taken from a campaign by the Association for assistance to cancer patients. I find it very effective. There are pages with the same title on Facebook, Twitter, and so on, as if this slogan has become a common theme in various fields.
Almost forgot: I also stopped on January 1 of 2009! Greetings to all!

Good Names Werewolves

We are working for us.

Dear players [those few who follow this blog (and it is not false modesty: they are official data Blogspot)]
I know that is a beautiful piece that I'll miss your daily bread, but in this period with presissimo the thesis and therefore the new story is in stark delay on the roadmap.
But do not rush to tear your hair! The new project is still taking shape, albeit in small steps ...

In the meantime, I recommend a good book to read some of this gray cold winter night, perhaps heated by the stove your favorite: The Selected Works of TS Spivet of Reif Larsen (2009).

you soon then! (Hopefully ...)

Tim Hortons Hiring In Brampton

warmer and warmer wool

Scaldacollo

Ho usato filato volant e lana.

Fare il rovescio con questo filato non è proprio facilissimo to understand, but they helped me a lot of these videos:

  • start 44 mesh gala
  • 2 rows wool right
  • 2 rows gala shaved
  • 6 irons wool
  • 2 rows gala
  • 6 irons wool
  • 2 irons 1 iron wool gala
  • closure is made with wool, but you work to prevent a shooting vest to right, a cast, cross knitting cast on, knit 1 * still right cross, a cast, cross * and ** to the end.

This yarn can also crochet work as seen here .

Hot Pack:

And these are the gloves without fingers.
I took the stitches from the center of the yarn wheel, one hand as for the scarf, so the Galetta came lower. I used the rods
No 4, the yarn used are the same as the scarf.

I followed the instructions I found in blog "Beads and Tricks" with these my changes: I started with the 34 mesh ruffle yarn, I finished con 4 ferri di coste 1/1 a maglia tubolare, ho chiuso il lavoro con l'ago.
Che ne dite? A me piacciono tantissimo!

In questa foto si vede sia il guantino che il collo. Si riesce a capire la differente lunghezza della gala?

Dopo aver visto la collana di Silvana del blog "Lana e Cotone" non ho resistito e ci ho voluto provare. Her necklace is
but I had cotton wool by hand and tried with that.
to do so I followed the explanations of this video, and work with the crochet.

Magic of the Internet: bic

Finally !!!!!!!!!!
so long, I had talked about that some military bic coating used to spend more free time they had.
Many had seen, told me that they had with the name, with hearts, with little drawings, which were covered with a shiny yarn ... but I had not seen before.
I tried to do something, you can see here the . Difficult to imitate them because I had never seen.
I asked if anyone could do and ...
Flavia's blog " Flavia: My magical world " managed to find one that had made her husband at the time. Look at that beautiful !
Other readers have told me they know how to do, someone actually wanted me to sell and then came
PAUL.
It 'friendly state! We had an exchange e-mail, I explained how to do, sent me photos of some of his bic covered. You can see everything in this post .
And I'll show you.

silk and silk buttonhole military

= silk rayon military

The silk yarn is called the military but in fact it is rayon. In the pictures you see the difference that exists between the eyelets and silk rayon.

Paul wrote to me: " No. 2 pick up the thread of what goes under that basis, the measure must be the length of the pen more freely the length the plume, taken this long to double everything and cuts, as do many threads are enough to fill the pen (considered to be folded).
No. 3 to know how many do you need to begin to experiment and make this way: you have to take out the wire coil obviously of a different color from the base, take the bic take away the soul that is inside the cartridge, when the tube is empty you put in 10 cm of wire you have to roll up, into the cartridge so you'll forgive the bic with a wire coming out from the tip. "

For the base I used 22 wires are now folded brown 44.

must make cappiole with brown yarn. Cappiole The these are .

From this point on are no longer able to take pictures ... because I needed both hands, even in the end I needed someone who would rule the pen.

is not perfect, I know, but I'm very happy to have us finally able to try.
Thanks Paul!

In this previous post are there any explanations that sent me Paul.
